Loading ...After backing his black Cadillac Escalade out of his driveway at 2:25 a.m. and then running over a fire hydrant before hitting a tree on his neighbor’s property and being rushed to the hospital, 33 year-old Tiger Woods’ is now pleading for privacy. This after speculation that Woods was having an affair with a New York nightclub hostess and that he and his wife might have been fighting over that. Can you say War of the Roses part two?
Now that it’s confirmed that Tiger is okay, regarding all that other bullshit, all I have to say is who gives a fuck?
I mean really. We know that people cheat. Tiger Woods’ is not above temptation no matter how great his game on the course is.
Let’s see now, there was President Bill Clinton and Monica Lewinsky, New Jersey Governor Jim McGreevy and Golan Cipel, David Letterman and his female employees, Gov. Mark Sanford of South Carolina and his Argentine mistress in Buenos Aires, John Edwards and Rielle Hunter, Jesse Jackson Sr. and aide Karin Stanford, R. “The King of Pedophilia” Kelly, and the list goes on.
So the news of Tiger possibly stepping outside of his marriage and having an affair is not that far fetched of a notion. Nor is the idea the of Tiger and his wife having a fight that may have gotten physical. Let us not forget Lisa “Left Eye I Burnt this Bitch to the Ground” Lopes (R.I.P.) or Lorena “I Cut the Muthafucka’s Dick Off” Bobbitt.
Come on now let’s keep it real. How many of us have taken to beating the shit of our man or woman (keeping it real) when we find that we’ve been cheated on? I’m not saying it’s the right thing to do but it does happen—as a matter of daily if you are a fan of the Jerry Springer Show or Cheaters.
Does Tiger deserve privacy? I believe he does but then again, he gave that up when he became famous. And if Tiger’s privacy was so important to him, the National Enquirer wouldn’t have the scoop on his alleged affair.
I think the bigger issue is why stay married? I mean if it is true that Tiger cheated with this nightclub hostess I have no pity for him. He didn’t have to cheat. All he had to do is file for a separation or a divorce. It’s as simple as that. And that goes for everyone. Just get out of the relationship and have sex with whomever you want. You can’t always have your cake and eat it too.
Note to Tyler Perry, I feel a sequel coming on…Why did Tiger get married?
I guess at the end of the day if you want to look at the glass as half full, Tiger could have been caught cheating by his African-American wife and instead of us talking about his minor car accident, we could be talking about that nice funeral service.
I’m just saying.
Jasmyne, I know this is going to sound hard to believe, but there are men who do love their wives but do not love their sex lives with their wives. I’m not trying to justify booty calls and jump offs, but it’s assuming facts not in evidence to suggest “you can’t have your cake and eat it too.” When you’re a wealthier than God, entitled, pampered, and privileged athlete/entertainer like Tiger or Magic or Kobe or Tiger’s buddy Michael Jordan, you’re not hurting for sex partners. We can all sit in our ivory towers and say what we WON’T do, but we’d be smarter to say what we RATHER NOT do.
Maybe this will help Tiger grow up a bit and realize he can’t do as he wants whenever he wants because he wants. But there really isn’t that much difference between him and any other rich jock whom even if he isn’t on the hunt for a chick on the side isn’t necessarily being by hunted by chicks on the side.
OK am I the only one who found it funny when the old lady asked what happened? LOL Welcome to the black side, Tiger.
It is entirely possible that SHE wanted to end things and he couldn’t handle it. The expiration date on that one was long overdue.
